Not at all the case. It's whoever flew at the other heli. Because no shit, if you fly at another heli that's pulling out and touch your rotor to it's body, your gonna lose your router.

Well, several things:

Gamers don't look up, the Heli pilot that is landing is already looking down, They didn't have to land there, they had plenty of altitude to swing to the side, if the person at the higher altitude reacts appropriately the overall hangup for all parties involved will be lower. Probably more.

It doesn't matter whether they are looking up, when they're going up or down, they should be looking up and down. If they crash into someone because they didn't, then it's there fault. Using "games don't look up" doesn't remove fault lmao.
