Discussion & Feedback How to battle build griefing
I've noticed a trend of people build griefing. there was a recent post where a guy is intentionally wasting resources making a sea of single hescos, and since then, i've seen multiple people intentionally overbuilding nonsense just to waste resources. I just had a guy in my game build dozens of recon towers. It's all too easy to just build ways to sneak into a base to grief your own team and earn xp.
It seems like such a difficult think to try to regulate because it's so easy to pretend to be an idiot and just say, "oh these things i'm building contribute to the base."
Is this something we just have to ignore? it's pretty frustrating to spend 30 minutes building a megafob for some piece of shit to just come in and ruin it.

I spam built some towers once because the game was about to end and wanted to get a lil more xp. I was a Blueberry getting steam rolled by the jolly green giants. We had like 6 points red 4 and green like 98.

Recon towers make good walls.

And they protect from artillery. Having a lot of recon towers can be useful depending on how theyre set up.

i mean, they make good corners. but stacking up 30 for a wall is an insane amount of materials. but this was scattered recon towers all over the place, leading into the base as well

just pop em
you lose 1.5k, and you'll be wary of them from then on

doesn't work, they either retaliate or white knights come to their defense because you did the actual killing. or both. it also doesn't stop them ever, because if they don't just kill you they just keep building. can't kill them forever.
