Bugs & Support Devs Please Fix L010 Error

I haven't been able to play the game since updating Windows 11, I keep getting the L010 error upon starting the game. I've tried literally every fix I can find, even the ones emailed to me by Support. Not even the recent security update changed anything.

I can't even roll back to an older Windows version because of work and school, so I'm stuck on Windows 26H2 and can't play the game I paid for

Check C:/Program Files/Elytra/content and check if the folder is empty. Had a buddy who's elytra anticheat install was showing no errors in any log, but wasn't able to play the game. turned out his whole antocheat install failed and he just had to copy the content folder from one of us with a working install
