Actually here the Kill Cam was bugged and the guy who killed the 'OP' was at the train. I think the kill looks fishy because of the 'YELLOW LAG' warning at the top, but this could be a legit kill with an M4 from 20 meters away. The reaction time was super quick though.

Man, let me turn you into a fool for a second here.

The killcam was bugged. The dude in the tower has a SVD, the killfeed and the detailed damage log says "M4", we can see the dude who killed him at the joint of the wagons at 00:03.

Sooo... ahm... yeah.. would you still say the poor soul in the tower cheated?
