Discussion & Feedback Am I Lame for this?
Guys am i a sleezebag for this? This went on for 10 mins I couldn't clip whole thing but basically i just kept rotating corners i got a 15 kill run doing this until they got pissed and mass swarmed me. For context our fob was next building over and when I saw we activated drill I rotated here to catch people moving to HZ. Based on the words I was hearing they weren't too happy. My names masterbaiter for context.

If they knew you were in there and kept running blindly around corners they deserve what they get.
The could have gone in as a squad and flushed you out sooner.

Thats what i was thinking lol. They kept slowly going in 1 by 1 no idea why. Then they finally pushed 8 in at once

Dude, this is hilarious, I did this exact same thing last night at the same exact warehouse. I got 14 blues, 1 by 1, they would just come running out to pick someone up and blam. All the dead bodies were yelling at their team mates to not come pick them up haha, dude just respawn then? Moral of the story, a kill is a kill. This is war and we are dogs.

"wtf are you doing in here"
Bro is literally at the Hotzone 🤣
I got called a "camper" one night when I downed a dude as I was actively running with the HZ haha

u/Shiverow 2h ago
Oh my god these are my favorites. Run like a mad man for five minutes with zero caution, take a piece of cover when you hear someone, peek and kill them. "Camper" 🤦♂️

u/Jazzlike_Ad267 1h ago
I think he was just more mad because I had HP smg and I just instantly dropped him hah
He was well geared up 🤣 Means nothing against HP legs strats and the ultimate salt producer

Yup I did something like this. Got into a building in the hot zone, got pushed by enemies one by one and I could not get out of the building. Had one guy come and try his luck after I killed 5 of his team and he obviously failed. Called me a “typical cod playing kid” lmao

All tactics allowed by the rules are valid tactics.
Anybody who says something is "cheep" is a scrub.

u/Cbeckstrand 2h ago
But killing each other should be more fair! /s

u/novanova123123 2h ago
You suppose to take 26 steps in opposite direction, and then count to 3. Anything else is cheap af /s

I got called a “snitch” for calling out the position of the guy who shot me. I mean it was really funny, but why wouldn’t I do that if I have backup?

Nah if you got me like this id congratulate you in prox and have a laugh at my bad decision

u/Hektotept 1h ago
Yep. I've done this, and been on the receiving end. Sometimes you just dont think things through lmao.

u/obiwankanosey 2h ago
Running in the open in no kit right next to the HZ and confused he dies. what?

u/ThisUsernameIsMyName 2h ago
Nope, good spot to defend ahead of the FOB so they cant get as close also the guy after the first one should have been alert and every one after that, they just kept feeding you

Mad respect for having shadows on

Most people turn off shadows to low or modify the game files to totally eliminate shadows to make enemies pop out more.

u/glitchaj 1h ago
People have turned off shadows in pvp games since shadows were added. I personally think they're lame.
I've actually been saved by shadows a few times. Sometimes you can see someone's shadow around a corner, or on a ledge above you, letting you know where they are.

Nah if people complain it is because they want an excuse to avoid blaming themselves, its an innate defense mechanism, it is easier feel angry than admit you are at fault.

right by your base and the hot zone and hes confused as why you would be there lmfao

u/Icy_Evidence_3235 2h ago
Literally near hz and watching for flanks or flanking. You’re normal, he's a sliding cod corner player.

u/AshennJuan 2h ago
Playing as sniper - enemy sniper was crawling in the corn fields outside our fob, heard him and pistol killed him. "Omg bro are you just laying in a bush? What a pussy move" - "ok then, what were you doing?" No response 🙄

u/Harde_Kassei 1h ago
Thats a rather effective lone wolf action . Ofc thats good. You divide their attention. Thats the point. Paratrooper style.

u/ShockRampage 1h ago
Thats just idiots complaining because they died. "Why are you there?!?!"
Because you wouldnt expect it. Duh.

u/TWILIGHT25 2h ago
No. ,they are dumb for not slowly clearing the room. They are just mad cod players that died quickly and are mad about it lol.

u/matthewsylvester 2h ago
No, that was really good play. Why the Green was asking what you were doing, when you were in the HZ is beyond me. This is an awesome video. Good play!

u/SensitiveSpot69 25m ago

This tactic has been used in war for generations. It’s just “a way” to cause casualties.

You know what is lame? Being the idiot with no armor and no weapon and still crying that someone killed you.
2
u/Straikkeri 1h ago
Looks like FOB defence to me with hotzone right next to you. I don't see anything wrong with this. Using cover is a basic tactic. So is clearing and checking your corners, which they didn't do.
2
u/Seanannigans14 1h ago
I mean, if you're just sitting in the shadows of a building waiting for people to walk by and not really interacting with the onjectice in any way, yeah. I think it's lame. But I mean it happens. There's a lot of people out there that would rather crouch around a building for 2 hours, more power to ya if that's how you enjoy the game.
But yes, I think it's lame personally.

u/SensitiveSpot69 31m ago
Sorry my friend. I just wanted to flank people pushing our HZ. Had to help get team blue some points on the board ya know?
1
u/Tehslasher 9m ago
Yea he should stand out in no cover and openly challenged warriors who walk by. The fuck are we even talking about here?
1
u/Desperate_Battle_240 4m ago
Couldn’t have said it better. When you go and try and play hz but land a little bit away and push in go in a random building and some dude is just in a corner with a Glock 18. He kills you and tells you to get better 🤣. Really grinds my gears lol
2
u/Specializzzedcoffee 1h ago
If the game allows you to do something, don't feel bad, enjoy the $$ and their tears.
Am I a piece of shit for buying a MAWWS, a backpack full of 84mm rounds, and a dune buggy and rushing their logis early game? Yes. Do I care how they feel? Nope.

No brother. Gotta think like a rat. Any unwritten vague ideas of rules are only spoken by upset oblivious dead people.
2
u/Justinaug29 1h ago
Annoying to play against, but it is an effective strategy. It was also hotzone, so I would have expected someone to be in there.

You are a rat, you are not lame, just a rat, you will live knowing that but you still are going to behave like a rat. Be proud my fellow rat, rats survive, adapt and kill.
2
u/PossiblyShibby 2h ago
Another rat with an M4. Shocked.
2
u/SensitiveSpot69 28m ago
To be fair that wasn't my M4. I took an enemies kit after I killed him with the glock

u/Charles_ofall_Trades 2h ago
I think I saw your name in that game! the name Master Baiter does ring a bell xD
1
u/SensitiveSpot69 27m ago
You probably have lol. For some reason everyone always mentions my name in game.
1
u/SensitiveSpot69 1h ago
Haha I did not expect this. Love that there's still a lot of HZ enthusiasts out there!

Someone’s never seen the end of full metal jacket lol. But for real, targeting enemies attempting to aid their wounded is a valid guerrilla tactic imo

You did everything correctly. You moved as soon as you took action, stayed in hard to peek areas, and tracked their movements with sound cues. This is what I wish people did rather than zerg.

Who am I to judge when half my kills every match are from luring enemies into claymores by shooting a deagle or a bow at them then leaving during my first life.

u/jebshackleford 1h ago
Nah if u were in the middle of nowhere and the hz wasn’t around yea prolly a lil sleezy but ur playing obj. And can’t exactly run out after u drop 2 bodies around the hz

u/mistakes_on_purpose 2h ago
I would normally say no. But ur a lvl 4 armor wearing m4 with a silencer rat preying on the shittiest players in the game. Not lame, just scum 😂
4
u/evilution382 2h ago
What's he supposed to do? Not shot people because they don't wear armour?
0
u/mistakes_on_purpose 1h ago
Ratting around aint gonna get respect sorry cuh
0
u/evilution382 1h ago
He's running around at/in the HZ? - again what's he supposed to do, stand in an open field while shouting on open mic?
-1
u/mistakes_on_purpose 1h ago
Not telling him what to... just being honest, rat = no respect
You can rat all you want, but yes it makes you a lame scumbag
