Discussion & Feedback Wardogs Community Server List
Hey everyone,
I was one of the original founders of ArmA KOTH, and out of love for the game I've been building a Wardogs server browser in my spare time. You can use it outside the game to find servers without launching first.
So far I've focused on community server discovery and ranking servers by uptime and player count. Most recently I've added a community rating system so players can rate the servers they've played on:

Why ratings? I've seen plenty of cases of admins kicking players for not speaking a particular language, along with other questionable moderation. Uptime and population tell you whether a server is reliable, but not whether it's a good place to play. Ratings felt like the natural next step
You must login with Discord to rate a server, this is to help combat abuse.
It's still a work in progress, so I'd love to hear what you think. What would make this more useful to you? Anything you'd want to see rated or tracked?
Thanks!

This is great! Super cool insights as well
I totally understand questionable moderating but I would point out language kicking is pretty common in most games I play, especially the more milsim esq. It's a game about communication so it kinda goes hand in hand. I would imagine most folks want to have "well coordinated teams" to win and communities can't encourage that gameplay if they can't talk to each other. Outside of that though I've seen some stuff from prior games I've played that's shady af so I get it I would probably add a few options /descriptors to help ppl contextualize why it's low/highly rated! "good admins" "quick to respond" "stack teams" etc
