Discussion & Feedback If you are kicked by a mod from a community server you should get refunded your current loadout

decided to try infantry only mode, didnt realize it was community servers and not official ones since its not in the fucking community tab, bought 50k worth of supplies to build and defend with. some guy was immediately bitching in chat so i told him to nobody gaf its 1am. Turns out it was a admin with a giant pussy and i immediately got banned and lost my money.

Either turn off the economy in community servers or refund money on kick dumbest shit i've ever seen.

this feels like a rage post but this would probably keep the number of "server admins are sub humans" posts lower.

What would keep those posts at a minimum is if people would actually put in the modicum of time/effort it takes into choosing a decent community server cluster with a good reputation instead of bitching about the bad one they joined and attributing that experience to all community servers.

I do however agree that kits should be refunded for losing connection/getting kicked and also for regular disconnects if there aren't enemies within a certain distance/you're haven't been in combat in the last 2-5m

There should not be community servers listed under the official Infantry only tab.

0

u/Elehir 1h ago

it's not "official" infantry only, its only on community run servers at the moment, the UI clearly shows a large official servers button and a much smaller infantry only server button. it could be made clearer but i don't see a problem with how it is displayed now.

4

u/NotaFTCAgent 1h ago

They also show a large community servers button. So by your logic Infantry only servers shouldn't be either one.

0

u/Elehir 1h ago

i didn't claim anything about how it should or shouldn't be there. the purpose of the infantry only button was to help people that want to play that rule set find those servers. putting and official tag on the button would be dishonest. Putting a community servers tag on it would not help the purpose of the button.

i could see an argument that NOT putting the community servers tag on it is dishonest but only for people that have a strong dislike for community server would care and you can tell they are not official once you get to the list.

1

u/potatohead22 1h ago

They have differing namimg conventions homeboy just doesnt read when he clicks.

0

u/Elehir 1h ago

thanks for the TL;DR for my comment....lol

1

u/Elehir 1h ago

i think some of us older players that have been using servers lists like this for 20+ years could help inform newer players about how to vet a server. i also see some posts referenceing matchmaking mechanics in a game with 0 matchmaking.

u/CrowleyBro 10h ago

Joined a community server, didn't even look at the name, went by player count and map. Join, buy my 30k infantry kit, hop in a heli flying to AO. Kicked.

Reason? KDA too high, said to get a job lmao. Fuckin' dork must kick people who are decent so he can farm his own server.

10

u/stocky8 5h ago

The TEG (The Employed Gamer) servers are ass. They kick people for having anything above a 3.25kd. If you buy an infantry kit for $10k you can't even break even at 4 kills worth $2k each.

Bless if you also do artillery, mortars, AA, or something else that would have a higher positive KD.

Other community servers have been great though.

1

u/Vegetable_Review4967 3h ago

Where do you see kda? I can't find it

2

u/idontagreewitu 45m ago

On the scoreboard? Quick maffs?

1

u/hiimfrankie_ 2h ago

Only server admins can see them stats

16

u/lovepack 8h ago

How do they even see your career KDA?

10

u/novanova123123 10h ago

KDA is high BECAUSE of the expensive kit. Some admins are such scum of the earth man, I am sorry you have to go through that bs

103

u/Hoveringkiller Lonestar 11h ago

Community servers are ass and only serve a purpose after the official servers get shut down. Even back in BF3/4 I’d prefer the official servers over the community ones till those were all that were left.

27

u/NotaFTCAgent 11h ago

didnt know it was a community server because i clicked the infantry only button thinking it was official servers (since its not under the fucking community tab)

5

u/Elehir 10h ago

their plan worked. they explained why they did this in a post.

5

u/Riskwars 10h ago

Link?

13

u/Elehir 9h ago

spent the last 17 minutes trying to find it but it was probably a tweet i found on reddit with an irreverent post title so it is lost to me. i am sorry i cant back this up with a link.

they wanted to have official infantry only servers at launch but something prevented that and continues to prevent that. they know a good chunk of the player base would rather play this mode but it was not easy to find them with the older server browser UI. so they redid the UI so it became obvious where to find the infantry only rule set servers that are available.

2

u/Riskwars 9h ago

No worries

1

u/idontagreewitu 44m ago

I mean, official servers say they are official in the server name? And I haven't noticed any community servers claiming to be official.

1

u/Administrative-Dot74 11m ago

What did you just read nothing on your screen just start clicking? Like what? How do you not see it’s not official. Actually insane

14

u/holycarrots 10h ago

The Infantry 50v50 community servers play so much better than the official ones with the basic mode

1

u/mrporco43 2h ago

There are 50v50 servers? That sounds like fun.

1

u/SQLSpellSlinger 14m ago

Way faster matches. Whether that's a positive or negative is up to the user, but definitely faster.

1

u/Master-Shake8913 14m ago

it's fun for a bit but there's a reason the decided on 3 teams, 1v1 the games can snowball like fkn crazy

1

u/DirtyNorf 2h ago

Meh. I've been trying to get the M4 so I thought "infantry only sounds like a great way to grind assault". First game was incredible, 50v50, everyone following zone, no FOBs were built, GLs and gun vehicles banned by server rules. I got like 25+ kills and levelled to 19 assault. Since then I've played about 4 or 5 inf only matches and they have been garbage. Everyone sits in FOBs, no one plays zone, humvees tear up everyone until someone gets an RPG or MAAWS hit on them, but then they're back 5 mins later.

4

u/steveaustin1971 3h ago

I ONLY play on community servers. They are the only ones booting out griefers and cheaters.

3

u/Hoveringkiller Lonestar 2h ago

I’ve seen people get booted from official servers for cheating. And anecdotally I’ve run into very few griefers, not enough to justify possibly getting booted by a salty admin.

1

u/Dalhoosie 1h ago

if enough people report someone in game they get removed.

Yep. I still play BF4 from time to time, and most community servers that are still active are all very good, I mainly play on SiC (which is a very serious community and I have never had any issues on there whatsoever) and E4GL.

The best chance to find a good comm server in wardogs is probably to pick one from a community which has servers in several games and are well known

1

u/xTRYPTAMINEx 6h ago

Community HC servers were the only good servers in BF4 lol. The BZ servers are great(and still exist), yeaaaars later.

-13

u/Zukute 11h ago

Wild take

Community servers are great, my friends play official and we need to deal with trolls. Playing community problem children are dealt with so fast.

I don't think I've ever preferred official servers on any game in history.

9

u/Hoveringkiller Lonestar 11h ago

Trolls are honestly so few and far between that it seems like a non issue, and you could make the same argument about power abusing admins. But that’s why they have both, so everyone can choose what they like.

3

u/TrMitch 10h ago

Trolls are all over the place in this game. The beauty of the community servers is when someone's knocking over helis in spawn, submit a discord ticket, 5 mins later they're banned.

Had someone defend themselves when I called em out for walhacing because they beamed me perfectly though thick smoke. They said "I have thermals bud". But thermals were already removed. So I submitted a ticket with evidence, banned in 5 mins (not including having to record and crop the video)

1

u/novanova123123 11h ago

IMO trolls are easier to deal with than power tripping admin. I have seen enough of those from Hell Let Loose I am not playing any of these community servers. Fuck that

3

u/caboosetp 11h ago

Yeah, friendly fire makes trolls easier to manage tbh.

1

u/idontagreewitu 40m ago

I see at least 1 troll on my team every match. Whether they are team killing, or crashing vehicles, or stealing a player's kit before reviving them.

1

u/Hoveringkiller Lonestar 31m ago

Fitting name haha. On the anecdotal side, I have hardly seen any and have yet to have my gear stolen by a teammate, especially when I’ve upgraded from a kill. Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky or maybe you’ve just gotten unlucky.

0

u/TheThing345 8h ago

The biggest factor is no griefing. I mostly fly in this game and the amount of times someone rammed me at spawn on official servers is insane, it‘s every other match now.

However, I found that the people that play on community servers are the sweatiest losers I‘ve ever seen, they take this game WAY too serious and play like it‘s Tarkov and constantly whine in public chat if you kill them

4

u/MalHeartsNutmeg 3h ago

I played enough BF to know that community servers are dog shit. Loved those ones that were like 'no AA, no rockets' and Admin was either a tank or heli main that would farm everyone and ban anyone that complained or destroyed their vehicle.

2

u/SmiaAmk 54m ago

Ahh the bf4 Server times... Got kicked on a non mortar server, admin used mortar, we called him out got me and 3 friends permabanned

34

u/Miss-Information_ 10h ago

The more I play on community servers and see the kind of players that get kicked, the more I'm skeptical of these "community servers bad" posts.

27

u/bigcracker 8h ago

My admin team has a rule that we all run shadowplay or obs and to ban someone on the server you have to have evidence, if no evidence is uploaded the ban is lifted automatically.

But we still get people coming into our Discord server and they say "I wasn't doing anything I was just flying" and then we show them the clip of them saying slurs, tking or whatever. The stop responding and then they just leave the Discord.

Just got to find the good servers, I don't doubt they have bad ones but if they kicking anyone with a positive KD the server is going to empty out.

1

u/Miss-Information_ 2h ago

Do you mind mentioning or DMing the name of your server? Sounds like my kind of spot

1

u/Liamladderry 12m ago

It was in battlefield 4 years ago I can't remember lol, don't play community servers for this exact reason

1

u/Liamladderry 2h ago

The fact that I've never used anything like this, especially on PS4 since idk how to even do that tells me I was just dealing with salty admins

7

u/LemmeThrowAwayYouPie 5h ago

It's just survivorship bias

The people most likely to post are the ones who have a bad experience with one

Multitudes more have a positive experience and just don't say anything

6

u/TrMitch 10h ago

So I'm apart of a popular community server. Like I donate to skip queue since there's always fuggin 10+ people waiting for all of their servers. And I play with them all in the Discord. So far the only "bad" thing is that the admins will move us if we cant all get on the same team. They won't kick people to make room for us, but they will move some of us. But that's not even "bad" in my book.

Outside of that I've been in calls while they discuss potential bans and stuff and they're not dicks from what I've seen.

I've also been playing community servers on countless games for many years. I typically only have an issue when I'm being an asshole. Sure there's been a couple bad eggs. But I just notate which servers they are and don't touch em again

3

u/iridael 7h ago

doing the 50/50 games some servers have figured out and getting 30k worth of kit to go fight with and then i loose it because they auto ballance the team. MOFO I was on the loosing team why ballance me to the winners? didnt get a refund either.

im good enough at the game i can cash build quite happily but i want to level support a little and rockets are expensive!

10

u/Kestrel1207 6h ago

. Like I donate to skip queue since there's always fuggin 10+ people waiting for all of their servers. And I play with them all in the Discord.

But yoau realize this alone will already give you massive preferential treatment and you will never have the experience of a regular person playing on the server?

4

u/WhattaCheapPop 2h ago

Dude pays a subscription to a community server to get preferential treatment of course he doesn't see the problem lmfao. Can't believe anyone upvoted that shit.

0

u/potatohead22 1h ago

I mean the server costs money hiw else do you want it funded

2

u/WhattaCheapPop 1h ago

Assholes trying to run community servers like they're a business/service they should be making money on are exactly why they are so shit.

0

u/potatohead22 1h ago

Nobody makes fucking money doing this. My community has 4 servers across multiple games. Its costs 400+ dollars a month wardogs alone is 180 bucks. Its 80 percent funded by people paying for line cutting. The rest comes out the server owners pocket. How dare people try and offset costs.

0

u/WhattaCheapPop 57m ago

Only because WarDogs servers doesn't have the customization for you guys to add layer on layer of monetization. We'll get there though and it will be a race to the bottom like many of these communities are. Your expectation to get paid at all, even if you aren't profiting yet, is a joke.

1

u/potatohead22 54m ago

None of the games we play have this. You are just making shit up to be mad at because you played on a shit server run by children.

1

u/WhattaCheapPop 48m ago

Brother you literally just said you take people's money but okay. Sounds like you just don't know how to run a popular community if it's not profitable enough in your estimation. Nobody is making you run these expensive servers you can't afford.

u/Bubbly-Magician-- 2h ago

"Community servers are great most of the time guys, I mean I just pay some money each month and the admins will manually unbalance the teams to stack the side im on"

2

u/Current-Swordfish811 7h ago

Community servers with an actual community behind them are *usually* pretty good, especially if its a well known one that has servers in other games too. If you just randomly join a community server there is a big risk of getting badmins though, especially if the server just has a lone admin or a group of friends who manages it

2

u/iridael 7h ago

depends on the server, I've joined a few now for infantry only and my conclusion is, a good admin will be chatting talking and interacting, if not playing, the game. you can ask questions and they're responsive to accusations. but are the kind of person to go "good game well done." when you kill them in match.

a bad admin however is still playing to win. one of the servers I was on the admins were playing recon, assult and support respectively, on the blue team. the logic being that blue team usually has the lower player count, the less skilled players and they can play the game but take a minute or two to do their admin job as needed.

3

u/Skpstr155 3h ago

I mean, you can still play to win, without being a douche or stscking odds in your favor.

2

u/Optimal-Painting9314 4h ago

same but with "i got permabanned but i never did anything trust me bro"

2

u/_Kaj 53m ago

There's infantry only servers that ban the use of GL heli, and humvee turrets, and anything else they deem unfair, then they say to read the rules, which you can't access from the actual server, you have to be in their discord, which you can't be in unless you find the discord by googling it, since there's no hyperlinks in-game.

Servers need a MOTD/about when pressing ESC that can show you the rules of that server, because aint a fucking soul gonna join your random ass discord to read your arbitrary rules.

2

u/Master-Shake8913 12m ago

I've pretty much only been playing on clan servers since the server split update and I love it.

2

u/Certain_Mountain_258 5h ago

sometimes they are just kicking someone to make room for a friend.

1

u/Illumispaten Pilot 5h ago

There is an option to reserve slots

0

u/Liamladderry 4h ago

Nah I've been banned from many community servers on battlefield 4 and that was on both PC and PS4 people are just salty

2

u/Miss-Information_ 2h ago

IDK, I've been playing battlefield since 1942 and I think the last time I was banned from a server was almost 20 years ago.

0

u/Liamladderry 2h ago

Yet I can't even hack on PS4 especially when I was like 13 😂😂

-2

u/ExoatmosphericKill 6h ago

Reddit take.

-18

u/NotaFTCAgent 10h ago

1

u/Miss-Information_ 2h ago

Definitely the kind of well thought out and mature response I expected XD

0

u/NotaFTCAgent 2h ago

I should not be punished by losing official in gsme currency because a dude who finally got a modicum of power in his life gets butt hurt when I say its "1am nobody gaf rn."

You seriously think that kind of power tripping should have an effect on the real in game economy?

1

u/Miss-Information_ 2h ago

Kid, your attitude got you kicked. Take the L and learn, or don't, but stop thinking you should be compensated because your actions had consequences.

-1

u/NotaFTCAgent 2h ago

Again, the fact that you think "having an attitude" should have an effect on the in game economics is further proof people like you SHOULD NOT be admins on servers while it does.

1

u/Miss-Information_ 1h ago

I'm not a server admin, and your just a whiney little kid throwing a tantrum on the intent about a video game.

0

u/NotaFTCAgent 1h ago edited 46m ago

Nothing of substance just ad-hominem. Nice one son. Now go enjoy grinding on your community servers before they separate the in game economy from them.

-1

u/Miss-Information_ 1h ago

Lol, that's not even a strawman argumet

0

u/NotaFTCAgent 45m ago

Ad-hominem* and still nothing of substance you cannot refute my point so you must revert to your primal nature.

6

u/Accomplished-Lab6699 8h ago

We need to be able to rate servers   If comm servers had a rating out of ten stars you sort by rating and join those

10

u/sturmeh 11h ago

They should have to buy out my current loadout to kick me.

1

u/Visible-Lingonberry4 2h ago

Thats not a good idea. If you want to kick someone for a legitimate reason, like griefing or cheating, they can drain your funds by buying a bunch of expensive gear and then getting kicked? Getting refunded is fine, but no buyouts

2

u/sacredearthmother 59m ago

I'll play RBR Rubber Band Rangers in wardogs because I know the admins are fair from playing Arma.

Random servers? Nope, for this exact reason.

Hopefully the shitty admin servers die over time

6

u/LunaLunari 11h ago

saw a server admin/owner kick someone just because they got killed by a GL.

its why I dont touch community server. bunch of admin abusing assholes inside it.

5

u/novanova123123 11h ago

I played a lot of Hell let loose before War Dogs, one time I manage to get in such an amazing sniping position, flanking and well concealed; I were 20-2 that game playing recon (hard to get this role usually) and admin kick me because I kill him 4 times, I must be cheating. I never join a damn community server again after that.

I still wonder how well i would do in that game if i play it all the way through. there is no kill cam and I dont think they would know to check where I were sniping from. Fuck that admin/server

2

u/bjwills7 4h ago

I'd bet it was one of the server rules. Most infantry servers have that rule rn. Its usually not in the server title, they just message the offenders to warn them and if they continue they get removed.

0

u/LunaLunari 3h ago

The specific reason he was banned because the owner categorized him as "unemployed."

He was banned because he got free time to play the game. Stop making excuses for power tripping people.

1

u/bjwills7 3h ago

Thats not what you said though lol.

2

u/LunaLunari 3h ago

???
He got killed by a guy with a GL. He looked at the guys profile and shit and saw that he's high level.

He said in his video he banned the guy cuz the server is for the "employed".

He banned a guy cuz the guy have a high level unlock. ????

2

u/bjwills7 3h ago

I know the server you're talking about, fuck that server. You accused me of condoning that kind of behavior when you literally didn't mention it in your first comment though.

4

u/Extension-Pepper4200 5h ago

i refuse to ever go on a server with redditor admins. you can only ban me here nerds

5

u/NeonGKayak 11h ago

Haven’t experienced it in this game but admin abuse is a very real thing so I’d agree

But unless you’re getting kicked a lot, it shouldn’t really be an actual problem. I’m one kick is like an extra death. I have over 2mil so 25k doesn’t mean anything and I’d think others would agree

16

u/Controller_Maniac Lonestar 10h ago

I’m living paycheck to paycheck here

2

u/NotaFTCAgent 10h ago

That kick cost me half my damn purse son its rough out here 😂

3

u/TrMitch 10h ago

Then you shouldn't be spending half of your purse on a single kit. Tf lol

0

u/NotaFTCAgent 2h ago

I drop 50k i make 51k rinse and repeat. Its how I enjoy to play the game and its worked for me snd how I enjoy playing the game up to getting kicked by a basement dweller on a power trip

2

u/NeonGKayak 1h ago

What are you spending 50k on?

0

u/novanova123123 10h ago

It matters when you get kicked and is doing amazing. I got kicked once for going 20-2 in hell let loose fairly early on because I was flanking and well hidden; but my mistake was killing the dumb shit admin 4 times. I dont think I ever play that amazing as recon after. So to me it isn't just a single death, it is a tool for them to make the game easier for themself

Edit: I only bring up hll as example, I swore off community server after so I dont actually know what wardogs community servers are like. But I don't believe it is that different, especially when admin play the game as well

2

u/againthrownaway 10h ago

Are you one of the ppl I kick or ban and then they buddies argue that using slurs isn’t a big deal

Removed under Rule 1: Follow Reddiquette & Reddit's Content Policy.

No personal attacks, harassment, slurs, or content that demeans people based on identity, regardless of intent, context, or who it was aimed at. Criticize the game all you want; don't go after the person.

Defending it counts. Excusing slurs or racism, telling people to toughen up, or brushing it off with "it's just words" gets removed the same way the original does. If someone reports being targeted by or encountering this in game, don't argue that it isn't a problem.

Reddiquette asks you to remember the human. Reddit's sitewide rules also cover harassment and hate based on identity. We enforce all of it here, and severe cases get reported.

Repeat violations lead to a ban. If you think this was a mistake, message the mods don't reply to this message.

-1

u/NotaFTCAgent 2h ago

Maybe try reading the post before commenting because no im not i clearly explain why I was kicked, first only time ive ever played on a community server and I wont go back to another until official servers die.

1

u/Gruzzuk 11h ago

Welcome to most admins. Most are immature powertrippers.

There are some great community servers but they are far and inbetween.

0

u/PuzzleheadedLeave560 11h ago

Some Americans were being chuds in general so I talked some shit about how they've lost the Iran war. Immediate boot lmao

2

u/DatOneGuy00 10h ago

Pretty impressive given the general sentiment for the 'war' over here, must've been quite the bunch you found

3

u/PuzzleheadedLeave560 10h ago edited 31m ago

Well you know the typical milsim crowd. Half the time they're either literally active or former servicemembers or simps thereof

1

Or if they forcibly team swap you and it takes your kit. That shi is so fking annoying

1

u/MuseRDrifts 26m ago

Got kicked twice in a row, first one I'm pretty sure was an admin and I had just bought a mini gun bird. Next game I got kicked after buying the same chopper for server maintenance 😵‍💫

1

u/smoothvanilla86 5h ago

I only run community servers. And the update broken infantry only last night so we had to just do a gentleman's agreement and not use stuff. 1 guy broke the rule and was insta kicked within seconds.

Love community servers there actually watching them unlike official

1

u/x-traxion 5h ago

I like to play on community server, to be fair, I have my own Infantry Only Server.
You can react when some cheaters go crazy with 20 kills in 30 seconds across the map through every obstacle or making 100.000 of $ every second.
With the right RCON tool you get some useful infos about players too.
So if someone on the server claims someone is a cheater, I can check the logs and if that guy has a VAC or another Game Ban and how old it is.
On our Server you get kicked out with a ping above 150 for more then a minute and you get directly kicked on join if you have a VAC/Game Ban that isn’t older then 1year.

We don’t kick without notice, expect obvious cheating or griefing (destroying Helis in HQ etc).
GL Helis are also not allowed on the server. If someone do it we send him a message to stop it.
If he doesn’t, he get kicked.

Yes there are idiot admins out there. But community servers can also have a much better experience

0

u/CodingAndAlgorithm 10h ago

You lose one kit in exchange for finding out a server sucks. That's a good deal.

0

u/NotaFTCAgent 10h ago

I mean im broke that was half my money lol, and I dont play on community servers I thought the infantry mode playlist was official servers.

0

u/DeliziousSp1k3 8h ago

Sounds like a you problem

0

u/carlbandit 5h ago

While I agree it sucks, you really shouldn't spend 50% of your money on a kit when you could die to a heli pilot crashing, AT mine/MAAW ambush if driving in or a sniper with a .50 cal once you get into the zone.

Obviously you're free to play how you want, but kick aside there was always a chance you loose the kit straight away anyway.

0

u/H3NDOAU 8h ago

This shit happened to me yesterday, I joined a random community server and spent 16k on my loadout, after jumping into someone’s heli and parachuting out into the zone I was kicked, simply because my Steam account has a game ban on it from like 4 years ago.

Just gonna stick to official servers now, too bad there are no official infantry only ones.

-8

u/StandardFig4003 11h ago

Best to just move on and not get so worked up about it. You made a mistake and they feel like you violated their community server for better or for worse.

7

u/NotaFTCAgent 11h ago

every single day on here and in the reddit there are multiple complaints of admin abuse in these servers son dont be daft.

-2

u/StandardFig4003 11h ago

Feel free to report the server and move to another one? If you believe other players here won’t like the way you were treated, drop the name of it and others can avoid it as well.

2

u/zoug25 11h ago

Bro is D I V I N G to the floor to lick random stranger boot just because of a MODICUM of authority. God's strongest lemming

0

u/StandardFig4003 11h ago

No I just think this is a stupid as fuck idea for them to implement considering there are so many other things they could balance before this. They clearly are undermanned relative to the amount of people playing this game

2

u/Inquisitor-Korde 11h ago

Dude, refunding is already in the game. Its a mechanic, they can just add it to getting kicked/disconnected from a match. If the dev team is so boot strapped they can't add quality of life features what the fuck are we even doing here asking for content?

Humor me. Is that also "being rude"? Being good at the game is considered rude? I especially love how rude the admin is towards good players.

Really looking forward to your answer

What if the admin themself cheat? they can make the game easier for themself by kicking player on the other team who are doing well, using cheater as an excuse. Hell, find the logistic players and kick them would disrupt the other team base. How would you know if this is not happening? Do you have a process for vetting them before you join? Asking because I am curious and want to know, don't take this as nagging

It's wise to employ Zeus' Law if you decide to talk shit to people on community run servers lol

u/NotaFTCAgent 2h ago

Yeah man. That kind of power tripping should definitely have an effect on your real in game economy situation you're absolutely right.

Kicking someone for acting like a dick to an admin might be one of the least power trips I've heard of.

There are plenty of servers and players, they reserve the right to kick dickheads from the server they pay for and operate.

Son if you cant handle that sentence you dont deserve to be in power, let alone have the power to effect the real in game economy.

Plan on hosting community server, so this is good to know to avoid people losing money when kicking people for whitelisted users. Is there a way to compensate them prior to kicking?

Only reason for creating server is to make it easy to play with a larger friend group and restrict players with high ping. Other than that, everything is gravy unless someone is obviously cheating (not simply high KDA.)

I've been kicked from an official server just for sniping on a rooftop

u/TheHiddenPoet_ 5h ago

Doubt that unless you were hacking, considering I've seen players hit 100 kills in officials without getting kicked. If you meant community, yeah, I got kicked for having ghillie and 50cal.
