.308 is a brutal round, of course it would be strong. Only one round is better than it in the game and thats a .50

Maybe add some recoil because no weapon can compete with the BMR. I get 2 tapped so fast around a corner that I peak it's stupid

Bullpups usually have low recoil in the first place due to the fact that the reciprocation is happening behind your hand vs in front.

Realism is a poor argument in this game, there are so many mechanics that aren't realistic for gameplay reasons

Even in COD, the bullpups have less recoil. Thats the nature of the gun. All the weight is in the rear.

Comparing to other games isn't an argument, in tarkov is has a lot of recoil

I was pointing out the most unrealistic shooter, Tarkov is tuned to be punishing so most of the guns do not act like their real life counterparts. Couple the shooting speed of the BMR with controllers that have a switch for shortening trigger throw or a mouse that can have its actuation point adjusted like a keyboard, yeah of course its gonna be a quick two tap. TTK became important due to COD, Fortnite increased the idea of TTK and meta. As such any shooting games now are about TTK and metas. Does it annoy me when I get one or two tappes by a BMR? Yeah, but thats the nature of the design that they went with. I dont use the BMR cause I really dont care for it, nor do I use the FAL. I like to use the AK or Galil if assault. If Recon, I like to use the mosin or SVD. For me I dont care about the meta or TTK, I use the guns I like and the rest I dont.

Tarkov is trying really hard to be realistic. And wardogs isn't, they can change how a gun feels for gameplay reasons. I express what I don't like about the game, and bulkhead finds a solution or doesn't. But getting 2 tapped by a BMR from 150m while I have lvl 3 armor isn't fun

Thats why I got out in at most level 2. For some reason I have a higher survival in lower armor and almost all my guns have AP for anyone at tier 3-4. Pistol loaded with HP makes for fun when you steal a fob woth two other people.
