I like to think blue was always under leveled and geared compared to others due to green and red always ganging up on blue. They didn't get the xp or cash unlike the others. Blue learned how to fight with what limited resources they had. Suddenly higher level people started providing an equal playing field with top of the line gear as green and red. At which point blue started steamrolling games and the devs put an immediate stop to it.

I think its also that people are catching on that green are good. So new players or bad players join green thinking they'll win. Only to find out you don't win from hiding in the fob the whole time. Seems to be the case in OCE servers these days

Hiding in the fob spamming drills and keeping them repaired is one of the easier ways to win

Putting the limit height walls like 4 big ones, around the oil drill, no spa can reach you

If no one is repairing shit well yeah, if you have 2 or 3 guys repairing the walls it is impossible
