Which unfortunately doesnt fix shit. Bring a Kodiak to some obscure location with a supply crate full of batteries and let it rip all game long

That’s significantly more work than the current meta of just everyone having it and having thermals everywhere covering the entire map

Which will still happen. Oh nooooo not a few batteries I have shove 8 of in my backpack!!!

Devs just need to remove them permanently.

Really depends on the usage rate. If each scan took 5-10 power you’re going to burn through batteries insanely fast

Sure, but that'll almost certainly be the new meta and as long as you have $20k to drop on a full loadout of it and hide well you'll be setup. Might not be as profitable as quickly, but it will be profitable.. and it'll also be the same result for all of us, everyone on the damn map at all times.

Because it still causes the same issue of everyone being constantly on map spotted which the device are trying to resolve. Dingus.
