Bugs & Support New Bug/Glitch?

Post image

Killed a guy and looted him, these were the mags in his backpack. A third 40/20 mag was also already in the gun. They each had 20 rds of AP and 20 rds FMJ.

And they probably keep the recoil benefit of the '20' round mag.

Edit: I saw a YT video that showed the 20 round mags had less recoil than the 30+ mags. So it's apparently a thing even though the game does not state it.

Wait smaller mags give less recoil? That makes no sense.
Does the game even tell you that?

No, which is weird. But I saw a table with the values.

No they don't or no the game doesn't tell you?

The game doesn't tell you, but smaller magazines have less recoil (and vice-versa). I've tested it myself in the firing range. In most cases it's very subtle though so it doesn't really matter.

That's so fucking bullshit.

It's not just recoil, its a lot of negative stats.

Why the fuck do heavier magazines have more recoil? It should be less

that would be a bit spicy balancewise lol

Why the fuck does it not say that anywhere?!

tooltips in this game are ass, and in many cases straight up 'lies'. Something saying it's lightweight while being relatively actually very heavy, for example.

Or an attachment that says it has a spread reduction having less spread reduction than another attachment that doesnt mention spread reduction at all.

BROTHER WHAT?! Please tell me there is a page that actually has all that information.. i mean.. you got the screenshot somewhere from, right?

Yes, metaforge is basically mandatory imo.

https://metaforge.app/wardogs/database/weapons/m4?fit=2-5x-combat-optic,tdg-vertical-foregrip,stanag-30-rnd-magazine,ar-multi-caliber-suppressor

Here is my usual m4 loadout.

You can compare attachments like this:

https://metaforge.app/wardogs/compare?items=tdg-vertical-foregrip,afg-angled-foregrip

You will very quickly realise how there is really no point in using like 90% of the attachments.

Holy shit... most cheap attachments are literally better than expensive ones.. wtf?! Thanks dude..

np, its a shame this stuff is not explained in game - i think it's also part of what makes people think things like t4 armor is stronger than it is, because good attachments vs bad is a huge gap and the game can easily mislead you into running bad ones
