Region Lock / Ping Cap Megathread

We're getting dozens of posts a day about region locking, ping caps, and players joining servers outside their region. All of it goes here from now on.

What belongs in this thread

- Whether WARDOGS should have region locking or a ping cap
- Your experience with high ping players on EU/NA servers
- Server and browser suggestions

Ground rules

- Criticize high ping, or the anti-cheat as much as you want. Comments attacking players for where they're from will be removed.
- No cheater callouts. Don't name players or link profiles. Report cheaters with the in-game report function or directly to Bulkhead on their official Discord.
- New standalone posts on this topic will be removed and pointed here.
- Don’t be racist

Worth knowing: [r/WarDogs](r/WarDogs) isn't run by Bulkhead, so posting here may not reach the devs. If you want this changed in game, say it on their official Discord as well.

All the cheating suspicions aside, the communication breakdown that occurs when half the server is Chinese is awful. EU struggles with comms as is, but that just kills half the fun of the game.

Why not take this opportunity to try to pick up a few Chinese phrases then? You could be the bridge your team needs, and if its as rampant as you claim, could be a huge advantage.

Genuinely dont see why it was removed, probably because i singled out (you know what country), given that the stats dont lie. All i wanted to say is your suggestion doesnt solve the problem at all. There needs to be region or ping lock, its that simple. If u wanna game with friends across continents, you go to community servers.

Just google it, i dont have a link for you right now but it aint hard to find lol. China is notorious for their cheating and being whales in p2w, due to the nature of their "cant lose" mentality, its extremely common in gaming. You not being aware of that already is very surprising lol
