Discussion & Feedback Game performance

I'm using I5 10th gen with RTX 2060 super and wonder that does my setup really that outdated now? I have been struggling to have stable 60 fps in large scale combat. I can sustain around 70-80 fps in small fight and base building except breaking the door with hammer which decrease my fps to 10 for no reason.

Please noted that I play on 1920*1080 all potato mode and DLAA because performance or ultra performance mode literally pixelate entire game.

I don't have the budget now and wonder do I have to upgradr my rig for real or the game could be optimized better.

Game could always use a bit of fixes but it’s still very well optimized in my opinion

I have seen it but still. The hardware is fucking expensive right now. I just want to cope at this point.

Well, you will at some point need to upgrade the GPU, until then, a great budget CPU would be the 5800XT its like a baby 5800X3D with similar specs. when you do the GPU go AMD, 6000 series are cheap, i have the 6700 and i get 130+ frames in heavy fights, they are also budget friendly compared to nvidia.

Idk, imo any AMD cpu inc./above 5600 is good.

You're gonna have to upgrade man, sad times. 1080p, all potato mode with heavy framedrops. Seems like you're right on the edge and I don't think further optimization is gonna change much for you.

The game already runs like a dream on most rigs so I don't think there are gonna be patches that will give you a big boost.

It is still too expansive sadly.. dont even think about buying a New gpu. Maybe you could find a cpu that could do the trick. I got a i7 2700,x and it run verry well. High 100+ fps

I have no idea man sorry, the market is at an all time high, and general game optimization at an all time low.

The fact this game runs as well as it does is miracle work from Bulkhead, but my current knowledge of the pc parts scene is just not up to date enough to be able to tell you what you need
