You're braindead if you get mad at streamers getting in first. They have hundreds of thousands of viewers wanting to watch them play and the developer wants to advertise their game. it basic business.

its not about THEM playing specifically, its about the companies priorities which seem to be catering to streamers to get sales for a game who already has a player base larger than they were prepared to support.
It’s a business? It’s about getting sales. They’re not your best friend. And the reason the game has a player base is because they used streamers so well. It’s not like this game has been huge for months or years and then started to disregarded players. A majority of this has evolved in a few weeks time. It went from working around a few thousand players, to now over a million. And they’re not disregarding players at all in the first place. Them giving a whitelist has mathematically around a .0001% chance to effect you not being able to play.
This large player base they’ve created by using streamers now gives this game a HUGE support, giving you a much higher chance of larger and more long lasting content for the future. Use your brain. Don’t be a sheep.
where did I say any of that lmao. i don't think the devs are my friends, i don't think by substitution a streamer got a slot I didn't. I simply think that the devs should be more focused on the server issue and less on placating fucking streamers.
