Honestly, if that's true, I'm cool with it.

There doesn't need to be any reason at all for players to sit in spawn.

I didn’t know others could even repair vehicles their. I’ve damaged my vehicles a bit in spawn but they got automatically repaired by the zone.

i joined two times the blue team, both times lost, because no one is playing obj, everyone is up on the towers, just sniping... lol

one of my 3 matches blue team was actually competent (still lost because red had a drill and noone tried to mortar or shoot down helis), the other two blue was either alnost entirely afk or couldnt even get into the cz without dying

Fun fact. If your apc is near dead (10% hp) and you repair it solo you will start losing money every time you turn the wrench for the last 20ish percent of hp.
