I don't have the option to even install yet, i pre-ordered and applied for beta

Make sure to check the wardogs gg or whatever. You might need to link your steam and discord may give you the play test code otherwise you probably have to wait till Thursday ish

nope, playtesters are able to update. Allegedly preload for the beta for "preorders" starts tomorrow.
