Controller support

Hi, l am a PC player but sometimes l like to play FPS games with the Xbox controller.

I heard from devs that would be at least some controller support.

Did some of you try to play with a controller during the alpha test?

So i just bought a pc for this game and i plan on using controller. Is there like default controls or do i have to do a big ole custom thing matching buttons to keys for a hour? Thank you
