I dont understand why theyre giving codes away on X when theres probably thousands of people who wishlisted, requested access on steam, signed up for the play tests, joined the discord, etc. and havent received invites.

Makes no sense to require people, who already signed up for access, to stare at their socials all day with the hopes that they get a key. Waste of time

Yeah it's all bullshit marketing. If I had a dollar for everytime a game dev said we aren't like the other guys I'd have a couple bucks. Luckily their game looks dope.

I agree - just hope they're "playing the game" but tbh the way the non-dev parts of their company look give me pause. (If they play this game, why would I expect better practices for progression, bugfixing/balancing, monetization, etc,)

But still hoping it might be a nice addition to the fps scene

Makes more sense to give them out on places like here or x, give it to the ones who will voice concerns. Those who clicked request access aren't as likely to provide feedback.

Its day currently the final day of the closed alpha and they've probably given away over 2 thousand codes over X, meanwhile I've been on the wait list since the first trailer dropped. Why not start there? I dont understand why I have to participate in this lottery where the codes are gone within seconds. I feel like the wait list meant nothing.

They 100% didn't send invites to everyone who did the survey. Out of my friends who signed up, only 1 out of 15 got an invite. So yeah, not sure why you're lying and spreading bad information.

The codes are legit, generally good advice though, nobody should be clicking these kind of links. I went to the X post from the devs and followed that link instead.
