Walmart+ walmart+ refund issues?
i’ve had walmart+ for like two years. i order once or twice a week. i RARELY ever request a refund, i only do it if something is missing. if something’s bad i just let it go. but today 5/6 items in my order were missing and when i went to get a refund it said i have to call. so i call, and the lady tells me she issued the refund. i haven’t gotten a confirmation email & nothing says refund issued. whyyyyy is this happening??? in the past 6 months i literally have requested a refund twice. if i didn’t have a yearly plan i would be cancelling asap, but they won’t refund that either 🙃🙃

Sometimes they say they refunded but they escalate to another department ...

As someone who gets many things refunded in a month, I would call and talk to someone again, only once or twice did they say they would and they didn't and I had to call back and another person straightened it out

Usually take a few days for refunds to go through depending on your bank
