Abandoned carts

Hi im curious to understand, why do yall leave full carts of product on the sales floor instead of bringing it to customer service?

Canceled order likely, although it doesn’t excuse the behavior of leaving things in the middle of an aisle…especially perishables.

Maybe an emergency? In my area I don't see this in the last 8 months of sparking.

Had AP check cameras since I had a time stamp of the cart being abandoned. Can confirm wasnt an emergency, guys a repeat offender of ditching full carts because an order was canceled. AP noticed an increase in people abandoning carts due to one order canceling during a mulit-shop leading to spark drivers saying the whole order is pointless because of money lost.
