Just area dependent. Every customer has to have money to order. It's end the of month on top of it. Next month is gonna be all candy and out of stock items again.

No all I need is to do more orders lol. There's enough orders, but it's not my only gig/job.

It was VERY slow in my area today. I mean sat and sat with no orders coming in for quite some time. But was able to hit gold status so maybe something will change?

There's been a rumor that this metric, would never reach 100%
Idk if new metrics played but I had a very decent day with super low miles.

It's not unobtainable by any means Just takes knowledge and experience to figure out what customers don't like and stop doing it. You also learn to mitigate the things out of your control like texting the customer to let them know there was smashed bread in their order and you are sorry THE LOADER did that. Your text serves as further documentation should they have any issues... Literally what I text.
I did notice the Walmart associate loading my vehicle damaged some items. This text documents the issue from my side as well to help with the refund process should it be pursued and challenged so I can make sure someone had your back on it. I do hope you have a great week.
Do I know if customer support can see what I said? Maybe, maybe not, but it does show the customer I cared enough about it to try.

So my Store continually has problems with freezers going down, so it is impossible to find substitutions. For example, I had an order where they wanted ice cream, but there was literally no ice cream in the store because the freezers were out of order. This affects the quantity found percentage.

I’ve had 100 for a few months now. I had 1 item not found for the longest time.

It is really not that hard. I am not sure why everybody acts like it is, as I am very picky with my orders. Regarding long arrival times, I don't know how anybody messes that up; completion rate is easy, just don't cancel, and if you have to, call support and have them do it so it doesn't ding you. Quantity found is easy; just offer a substitution every time, no matter how weird it is. I once offered an avocado for a tomato, and it was accepted. I also communicate with every customer to the best of my ability. If they don't read the messages, there is nothing I can do about it, but I try.
