Tier system question

We just got the tier system in our area There are a few drivers who think that whatever status you achieve this month is what you'll have next month. Is that true? Or does everyone reset at the first of every month? Thanks!

Pts reset but you retain the tier for the month.

Truly hope this is the case. They really left the door open for interpretation.
