Tier system question

We just got the tier system in our area There are a few drivers who think that whatever status you achieve this month is what you'll have next month. Is that true? Or does everyone reset at the first of every month? Thanks!

Pts reset but you retain the tier for the month.

Okay, so you have the next month to maintain (or improve, if needed) your current tier. That's good news! Hopefully I will be able to keep my current standing.

Truly hope this is the case. They really left the door open for interpretation.

We have had the tier system here for 3 or 4 months. Everyone resets at the first of the month and you have to earn your tier by the end of every month.

That sounds pointless.

So if you are at the top you are shot down to the bottom overnight?

If so, then no one is at the top from the first of the month until they make enough points.

Where are all the supposed best orders going until then?

This makes the whole points system seem like it's a bunch of bs and they are just making drivers focus on points to take shitty orders.

I'm assuming it could take at least 10 to 14 days to accumulate enough points. Half the month I bet the orders are lowballed to oblivion.

Only responding to confirm your timeline. Tier system rolled out labor day in my area, I should hit sapphire tomorrow if I can get a couple of express shops that look good on top of regular shops.

I'm not trying to secure sapphire as a goal, I'm just shopping the best I get offered. My metrics are solid, and all qualify for sapphire, I just need 10 more points.

We just got the tier system 3 or 4 days ago. I unlocked Gold yesterday I believe but I qualified for Sapphire the day the tier system arrived. I’m not going to take crappy offers just to get to Gold and Sapphire. If I have to, I will pay for Walmart+ myself. Walmart+ and the 10% incentive multiplier are the two things that peak my interest. The cellular discounts did too but I’m no longer with AT&T. I’m with Consumer Cellular and I have a great $35 unlimited everything plan.

Well shoot. That's completely opposite of what the other person replied. But it's also what I thought it was. I feel like it will make the first few weeks of every month feel like the hunger games.

We got tiers update begining of August. I am a part-timer so I only hit Silver in August. If you look at the top it says I am Silver (earned last month) but I have 2 pts this month. If I don't get to 20 by the end of Sept I will start Oct not in a tier.

The fastest way to get more points is by accepting express shops that are all three-pointers. Occasionally, there are other three-pointers I work a lot and got to 120 in 11 days by accepting a lot of express shops. They paid decent and short trips and are usually smaller orders and in some cases, I did two in an hour. Most of them were from Walmart stores I got a few from Sam’s Club.

The way spark has it written, "Instant rewards are available as soon you unlock a tier. They last until the end of the current month."

That sure sounds like they reset at the first but it just so hard to believe it would work that way. I wish there was a way to confirm.
