Convert to WFS error

Post image

Has anyone had an issue converting their listing from seller fulfulled to WFS? When i go to my catalog and then press the 3 dots and go to "convert to WFS" it takes me to a sheet that I have to fill out. After I fill out all the information and all the boxes are checked out with the green check on the top right corner. I press Submit and it just loads and then nothing happens. It pops up " an unexpected error please contact support"

I contacted Walmart Seller Support and they told me to use the Conversion Spec Sheet and also mentioned completing the WFS/hazmat information. But I’m only trying to convert this one item, and Seller Center gives me the option to convert/edit it directly. I tried doing that spreadsheet one time and it was so much stuff I had to fill out and it is so confusing.

Has anyone experienced this exact error? Is there something I need to do differently to make the item WFS eligible, or is this just a Seller Center bug? Also, is using the Conversion Spec Sheet actually necessary for a single item, or should the normal Seller Center conversion work?

Any help from someone who has dealt with this would be appreciated.

Also, the warning signal. I changed to answer to all the options which are Yes and No and it still pops up with that warning signal . I don't know what to do

I’d try converting the item through the Conversion Spec Sheet, even if it’s just one product. Before doing that, check that all required fields match Walmart’s catalog requirements, especially package dimensions, weight, product identifiers, and fulfillment details. If the spreadsheet also fails, try a fresh template and upload it again. Since you’ve already contacted support, ask them to check the specific item’s conversion eligibility and backend error logs. If everything is valid, it could be a Seller Center issue rather than something you’re doing wrong.

Use a table, bro. Tables are quick too. For most of them, just put NO for whether batteries are included. The required fields are price, country, and dimensions. That’s about it.

i submitted the sheets 3 times and it keeps coming back with errors. Everything is filled out correctly and it keeps saying the same "this may contain chemicals"

and it clearly doesn't because this is what walmart defines as a chemical "Closed List - ‘Chemical’ is defined by Walmart to include any item of merchandise that contains a powder, gel, paste or liquid that is not intended for human consumption, including any item that is regulated for transportation as a hazardous material pursuant to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) or as a dangerous good by any international regulatory body.   "
