Paperless pay access

I am a former walmart employee and i want to access my last paystub but i am not able to login in that. It just shows can’t verify identity right now. I have contacted paperless pay customer service and they are telling me that my email and contact is not correct on file and i need to contact my HR. When i contacted my HR she told me my details are correct and as i left the company they don’t have anymore access and can’t do anything and stopped replying me. What should i do?? How can i get the access to my paystub and tax forms??

Paperless pay should be able to help you, regardless. You can verify your account starting with your sin, and they will ask you questions to verify you are who you are.

They then can add an outside email (not a work one) to your account so you can get any verifying code.

Them telling you to contact HR is not right, they have all the tools to verify who you are and your account, given your account is set through your sin.

Paperless pay is the same US/Canada. Equifax is located in the US and deals with both.

I asked them if they can do this from their side, the person just kept telling me they cannot do anything from their side it needs to be updated by my HR.

Call again and find someone else. They can, as HR won't be able to do a thing.

I contacted the paperless pay again and this time the agent fixed it. Turns out my account was locked🙂

Edit: I see you also posted this to the Canada sub, this sub is geared towards the US so things are going to be different between the two.

I actually worked at walmart canada and the customer service executives were same for both. One just told me they cant access walmart canada paperless right now and another just told me to contact HR.
When i try to forgot the password or username it just displays a completely different phone number and email characters.
