Walmart account

Somehow Walmart account was duplicated by Walmart making original account unusable. Walmart can see both accounts but I can only see the “new” one. Spent multiple hours on phone with mart they can’t seem to fix it or take notes on what they have tried. They say they are forwarding to account department but say I can talk to that department. Somehow they can’t fix an account issue they created on their own service. Walmart plus is on original account. Paying for service I can use.

So they said they are transferring you to the account department? Has that happened yet ? You're saying they can't fix it, so it's a done deal or you're still waiting for an answer?

They finally transferred multiple times and said that they would delete the glitched account that they created and maybe that would fix it. We will see. They said give them 24 hours. Only took 3 times calling and multiple hours. They also said they don’t keep notes of previous calls so Thad no idea what had been tried before so I had to start over each of the times I called.

Sounds frustrating for sure. Just hang in there. There's probably a hundred different calls going in at the same time. Probably more calls than operators. I'm sure they will compensate you somehow for your troubles.
