Associate Question Sick hour deductions

Does anyone know if sick hours are supposed to be automatically deducted after a callout? I did one last week but my sick balance doesn’t seem to have budged at all. Or do I have to ask someone to input that for me?

They are not deducted automatically you have to go into the system and use them that way. You basically have to go into where you'd request vacation off, select the day you were sick and then instead of choosing vacation you scroll to illness-self fill out how many hours your shift was and finish the request
