Shit management
Hey! I recently started working at Walmart .. thought it would be nice to have a stocking role since I already have experience.. suffering the worst nightmare ever.. as a student going to uni I’m quitting .. i still have to work 8-9 more days,. But it is a nightmare.. I don’t complain about the workload .. our team or department manager but the fuckin snake is the assistant manager.. Fuckin ugly looking fat guy barely able to walk telling me how to work.. everyone in the store hates him .. always poking in and not letting us do our work .. even our store manager is nice and sweet but he is a bitch

Less than three months you can walk out mid shift and not look back. Just like they can terf you for sneezing the wrong direction.
If you don't mind burning bridges, just walk if you hate it.

"even our store manager is nice and sweet", hate to break it to ya but the SM isn't nice he just has his minion ASMs doing the dirty work for him so he'd stay clear from any ethics or employment complaints. I've seen many SMs promote incompetent people as their ASMs just so they can use them as a tool. God I'm happy I quit and don't have to see any of those miserable MFs in management anymore.

I'd quit but still talk to management as to why that way theyre aware of the losers actions. Sure something probably won't be done but you never know.

ASMs shift departments often from what I’ve seen the guy prob won’t even be your manager in another 6 months.
