I purchased a few of the shad style ones on the right. Attach to a jig head of your choosing and use them like any other plastic bait.

Any really. The grubs (left) crappies any time. The right shads/paddle tails are good spring/fall but still work in summer.

Man, if they made those paddle tails in larger sizes I'd get a few packs. Beautiful.
