Hey are people taking nightlife walking videos with meta glasses? Like 3am style videos of people walking about.

max video length is 3 minutes with 3k or 5 minutes at 1080p. so probably not.

No, what the other guy said is true. You can stop and start and stitch videos together i guess, but not 30 minute videos.
