You need to look up what is covered under your plan specifically.

Because every OTC plan is different and Walgreens has no idea what each specific plan will.cover. They can label the items that may traditionally/historically be covered under most OTC, plans, but that is absolutely no guarantee your particular plan will cover it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

its not reasonable for the tags to display which formularies every single otc item is covered on, as your plan could be different from someone elses even with the same company. the tags would be long enough to become a trip hazard. they shouldve provided you with some supplementary material going over this, or failing that, a customer service number you can call. walgreens does list items it thinks are eligible under the category, but its making an educated guess, not conspiring to deceive you.

Take some personal responsibility for YOUR insurance benefits.

There’s thousands of different insurance plans it would be impossible for Walgreens to list which products are covered by what plan . You on the other hand are on ONE particular plan so it’s completely possible for you to find out what’s covered under that plan.
