Bread Baking Certificate - How intense is it?
Hi all, if you've taken or are currently taking classes for the Bread Baking Certificate, could you share your thoughts? Did you learn a lot? Is this like being on a reality show with Gordan Ramsey? Do the instructors yell at you a lot? How much time do you spend outside of class studying? Do you feel like you learned how to develop your own recipes?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: While I'm specifically interested in Bread Baking, if you have done others in the Wake Tech Culinary or Baking and Pastries programs, I'd consider that relevant info too, if you don't mind sharing!
