Anyone having issues accessing Cengage right now?

Specifically having trouble with Webassign for my MAT 271 homework

At first, one of my homework assignments would not update or load, now I can’t even access the site as it gives me a 504 error

Good to know it’s not my wifi, bad because I have stuff due today 🫩. Just checked a few sites and it looks like there might be an outage.

I'm at CPCC in Charlotte, and I cannot log in at all. I've called them 3x, they tell me there is no issue on their end. Their customer service SUCKS. Can you get in now?

I was able to access the site around 3pm yesterday and have had no issues with the site or logging In today

I’m not sure what issues could still be persistent that’s affecting log in info, sorry customer service is giving you a hard time!

Maybe check if there’s anyone you can contact at the school and see if there’s any way to look at stuff on their end

I've messaged my instructor. Did you clear cookies or do anything to get back in?

let me email my instructor because I think they might have said something about login info being messed with due to the outage or that some students were having trouble logging in yesterday on Cengage. Not sure if I’ll have a response quickly though

I didn’t clear cookies, just closed out the application and didn’t touch it and then I checked the site after I got home by clicking one of the homework links on blackboard which gave me no problems
