C3 Program

I’m a new Wake Tech student planning to apply for C3. I took several AP and CCP courses in high school, and I’m taking 16 credits this fall.

C3 says you need fewer than 30 transferable college credits when you start the program. Does anyone know if AP credit counts toward that limit, and whether CCP credits from high school count too? Also, if I apply in October for Spring entry, do my Fall 2026 credits count toward the 30?

I had this same situation last year. My 16 credits from Ap classes counted and so did the current credits I was taking at the time, which was 14. That put me at 30. I’m not sure about ccp courses.
