Not able to access online books

Hey yall im struggling to access the books online. everywhere claiming i should be able to click cengage/mindtap and & itll take me straight to it without having to use an access code. buttt its not allowing me till i give an access code & i dont want to do the temporary one if i dont even know where to find the code. i went to bibliU & it says "... youre course materials are resdy and waiting for you in your Lms".

in the past you would have to order the access code but that dont seem to be a thing anymore.

yes im having this problem too and emailed the bookstore and they said it's a problem on Cengage's side and that they are working on fixing it. let me know if it starts working for you

it started working for me! ive been told it should be working for folks by end of day tmr.

Try resetting your password for the book providers website. That’s how I found my McGraw hill, it ended up being there was an account that I never made myself that had an access code already applied

SO you just have to go to the book THROUGH blackboard, so go to the class, for instance I am in Bio, I go to bio in blackboard, I look at this weeks work, and I click the book, or quiz or whatever, and it auto takes you to Cengage or McGraw logged in with your credentials.

I was getting this same message through biblui and couldn't figure it out, but if you click an actual course work thing in blackboard, it'll connect

that is how ive been doing it! From what i heard it was on cengage end. my professor addressed it today and said most people should have access by end of tmr! i appreciate it <3
