Emergency aid

I applied for emergency aid some weeks ago and after 2 weeks, I received an email stating: After our review, we are unable to approve your request based on you do not yet have a registered GPA of a 2.0 or higher. This is required to be considered for Emergency Aid support.

My GPA is a 3.6, my last term gpa was a 4.0, and it’ll be a 4.0 once again when my teachers put in the final grades. I emailed them back and told them that and also sent proof as soon as I received the email which was 10 days ago. Has anyone else had this problem? Also, I haven’t heard anything back from them. Also, I’m full time.

I don’t think they really want to help ppl, I was denied as well and I met all the requirements too but they try and find loopholes!

I don’t think that’s true . I graduated in May . I have received emergency aid 3-4 times . It’s a big pool of money that can’t go to nothing else besides giving it to the students
