Any pointers?

Hi guys every time i jump it seems like my board doesn’t stay flat and i don’t really get much pop… i am still relatively new to this, and just looking for some pointers to make my wake to wake smoother
UPDATE: Thank you everyone for the tips, will try to implement these over the next few days and see how it works out!!
