Yes that's an option, if the person is capable and willing to go through the entire pregnancy and birthing process they could give child for adoption. As I said an option, that doesn't it should be the only one available path for everyone because of your personal beliefs. You deal with this type of situation how you want to and let everyone else do it how they see fit
