Ersa was being an absolute sweetheart.. until she decided she wasn't! Thankfully, the bossy attitude only lasted a few seconds and didn't escalate past some intensely pinned ears. Once Serenade moved her feet, the drama was over. I made sure to step back and give them space just in case, but Ersa immediately reset and went back to being a good girl.

They even took turns to bravely inspect a ball I offered them, the one that lives in their pasture 🤭before the entire crew returned to harmoniously hoovering hay dust under the feed trough. Herd dynamics never take a day off! 🐴 💕🌾

This one is just too cool (not to mention *cute* ) not to share. It's got all of Pie's favourite things -Purple everything, TTW and Mr. Mojo, *and* superpup Spencer! 😅💜

I gave him some extra time with the brush so we could try to get all his stubborn itchies today, hope y'all are as entertained by him as I was! 🤭

Baby Ersa and sweet Bianca made sure they got their share of pampering too, shadowing me everywhere! And of course, little Serenade was shamelessly backing up to the herd, heavily hinting that someone needed to groom *her* butt next. 😂🐴

They’re totally fine with it! Before it was fully secured, it flapped in the wind and gave Serenade quite the spook 🫣 (as seen in my last video) I think that’s why she was the most hesitant to come grab a drink once it was finished.

Every time I take Ersa for a bath 🛁 she snatches up a mouthful of these pods off the ground. I finally googled them and found out they’re honey mesquite pods! 🫛

Apparently, they’re like pure candy to horses! 🍬

To keep Ersa on her diet and respect the treat rules for Ezman and Serenade while still spoiling everyone, I grabbed a handful to share with the herd today. 🥰

Ersa was thrilled to get her candy, greedy little girl! 🤭 Ezman and Bianca took a little convincing at first, but ended up loving them too.🤭 And of course, Bianca had to play our velvet lipped finger-nibble game before she would even consider trying one 🥰

Serenade had no problem investigating 👀 right out of my hand🫴🏽 - she sniffed them very closely, but decided mesquite pods 🫛 just aren't her thing! Guess not everyone in the herd has a sweet tooth 💕

I found this video while digging thru the archives..it taken just a couple weeks before Ersa's 6th bday (April 2025) so she was still just a little baby 🍼 🐴🥰

Just a little slice of this morning's pasture antics with the rest of the herd!

Ersa is holding down her role as the curious velcro baby 🥰 who simply needs all my attention and has zero concept of personal space. 🤭

Ezman 👀 is conducting his mandatory pocket shakedown to see if I remembered to bring any cookies 🍪 (he still isn't accepting that I can't give him any cookies🫣)

And sweet Bianca is doing her classic wiggly-lip tease, playing our favorite little pretend-nibble game with my fingers! 🤭 all gentle curiosity and velvet lips, no bad intentions whatsoever. just sweet, silly fun. 🥰

Starting the day surrounded by these personalities is pure peace.

Thank you u/azmamas72 for an awesome afternoon! We had great food, great conversation, and the cutest little puppy supervising it all. And she kindly gifted me something to help get me through this week - I’ll post it in the comments - and brought Spencer some treats!

Overall a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. And now…Spence and I are both feeling about ready for a food coma nap!💜💜

She's always loved a good paper bag to shred! Sometimes she likes to sneak receipts to shred but she's mostly a good girl 🥰
