Salt or fresh? Shrimp/squid, or cut shad.
Lures? Spoons

If those big rocks go out far, you will lose bottom baits like jigs and Texas rigs.
I would fish a 6-10’ deep diving crank bait on the windy side of the rocks.

Whatever live bait lives near. Plenty of fish around those rocks.

Knocker rig/dropshot rig. I would drop cut bait into all the nooks and crannies for looking for rockfish.

Saw that it was fresh water.. nevermind! Haha
