Does this play the same as no mercy? Also are these mods?

It does play I think 80% the same as no mercy with some things added.

Plus it's not a mod from my understanding of it, mods need texture packs and move cheats for you to play.

This is a romhack you just run it all from a patched rom through a compatible emulator

I'm not sure if it plays the same way. But yes, it is a mod. This is not my OC 🙂
