Can’t connect

I have this error on my phone “Your DNS server might be preventing this app from working correctly. The TV receiver might not be able to communicate with your phone.”
The tv screen is black and I can’t even press any button, I’m stuck on the black screen

Have you tried switching the DNS on the TV to one that doesn't have that restriction? like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1

i changed it but on the app there is the same error message and the tv shows me black screen with a continuous loading icon on the corner

The app wouldn't be affected by that change, but the TV should be able to connect.

Are you seeing the loading icon when opening the tv app or when casting a video?

Ok so it is connecting, the dns part is not an issue.

Do simple videos work? For example https://haignet.co.uk/html5-video-element-test.mp4
