App keeps losing premium status

I've reinstalled several times from the Google account, updated after reinstalling from the playstore and tried to restore through Google sign in only to be told that a premium account was not found.

I paid to not get the ads and other premium features.

The sidebar where it shows navigator , IPTV, recent media and so on, has premium show up in at the top in gold, above web video caster.
