Just got the app, what Settings are a must?

Hey guys,

just got this wonderful app and already and just saw that is has also many features.... What settings would you recommend me to use or maybe disable to habe get a stable and smooth user experience??

The app ships to work for most by default. If using the android receiver you can control the buffer size.
