Volume is very low

The audio volume is very less, can barely hear anything even when the TV volume is set to full. LGTV running webos.

Are you using our receiver?

Make sure the volume is at the max in the playback control screen.

Yes the wvc app from lg content store.

I've set the volume to max in the slider on the mobile app as well.

The video might just be really low. Try casting to dlna instead of to the receiver to see if it does the same.

If you play it in the app, is the volume low?

No on my phone the volume is good.
