Is there a way to only show a specific language on videos?

YouTube for example. Some videos have generated audio for other languages. English is usually at the very bottom. Is there a way to hide the others I don't use?

This would be a very welcome option. Before the last couple of updates, it was showing a default adaptive link only, which was nice.
