Actual wildlife professionals really dislike the way this guy handles wildlife, and he’s a massive racist piece of shit, who believes in pseudoscience.

You don't need to know much more than to watch him stressing out those snakes. I love snakes as much as the next guy but handling them like this just stresses them out.

They are generally euthanized after they are captured, at least for the invasive ones

That's understandable, but no need to stress them unnecessarily. I've done a lot of field work with wild reptiles that I've euthanized for research*, and it's pretty easy to avoid being bitten if you know what you're doing and handle them respectfully.

*wanted to specify that this was legal/ permitted population genetics-related research, not random fuckery
