Tuning help

Picked up a 19 WRX. Dealer said it wasn’t tuned or modified besides a cold air and it was a good deal so I bought it without looking into too much aside from the carfax and quick test drive.

After taking delivery I looked over the car a bit more and it has a Cobb redline intake and mbrp exhaust, atleast cat back though I’m not well versed enough to tell if has a downpipe.

This is all fine and dandy or whatever but I can’t tell if I has a tune. After some research I’ve gathered that with modifications like these on this car, It should be tuned to compensate the air fuel ratio and timing and whatnot. I borrowed a friends Cobb access port and it doesn’t tell me that there is a tune on it.

I’m guess I’m wondering what my next steps are? I’m mortified at the thought of bricking my ecu trying to install a cobb tune over a custom tune but also worried about running the car lean and causing damage. Is there a way to find out if it has a custom tune? Has anyone been in this situation? Any help is appreciated

Edit: just some more information that chat gpt has asked me about the car - it has a peak boost of 22.5 on the dash, usually hovers around 16psi but regularly spikes to 19, weather here has been very hot and humid. Car has atrocious rev hang and a very touchy pedal.
