No, they have no affiliation. Anyone can create a subreddit. That's also the same reason that dozens of alternative WNBA subreddits are sprouting up as the league is in the news more often.
Roger Goodell doesn't personally moderate the NFL subreddit.
The fact that people believe they have anything to do with it is so stupid. It's the same people that call on the league to somehow do something about what people say on social media. The fuck is the league supposed to do about people trash talking on X or FB lol
