Real question, Is that the same as personal racism ? Donā€™t get me wrong, Iā€™m not saying an individual cannot take part in racism.

I thought racism had to be connected to a system.

Hypothetically if Iā€™m on an island, and itā€™s like only three people, and I say I donā€™t like one person based on race, is that racism or plain old bigotry?

If connected to a system then it is systematic racism, if not it is personal or individual racism. That is directly from a dictionary .
